To support our growth, we are seeking a collaborative and driven Strategic Account Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Account Managers to successfully manage the Partnered Products supply and distribution agreements.


Key Responsibilities:


Support operational activities:


  • The onboarding of new suppliers and their products
  • Set up new suppliers and their products on to Oracle
  • Ensure approved pricing is updated and available for the customer services team
  • Understand what needs to be delivered from the Master Services agreement

Account management:


  • Working with the Strategic Account manager you will assist in the supplier management, shadowing on calls and drafting meeting minutes
  • Effectively delivering what has been contracted
  • Take responsibility to manage a partnered account
  • Work closely with the manufacturer, updating sales and performance
  • Make sure product is available for the customer services team
  • Understand pricing and the importance of good pricing
  • Complaint management working through and closing any complaints received

Requirements:


  • Prior experience working with or an understanding of Named Patient supply
  • Prior experience of working with Oracle ERP system
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Expertly composes documents that clearly present information or a plan
  • Experience at working both independently and in a teamoriented environment
  • Experience within a pharmacy environment or other life sciences background.
