- Encourage students to reflect critically on their learning with the aim of continuous improvement.

- Coach a sport and/or lead an after school extra-curricular activity throughout the academic year.
- Supervise academic support (afternoon and/or evening) ensuring a quiet, focused, and productive environment for students (Boarding)
- Comply with the TH School Professional Teaching Standards.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience of full time teaching at a progressive and/or international school community.
- Current international qualification / certification in teaching area.
- Experience with [IB, IPC, Cambridge, or specific curriculum framework] is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of global education trends and best practices.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
