Are you looking for an immediate start in the Llangadog area? Best Connection Employment Group Swansea is currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to join a dynamic team in a well-established facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately pack products according to specified guidelines.
Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday

Morning Shift
Afternoon Shift
Night Shift

Pay Rate:
£ £12.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
