Description

A partner led building consultancy, are now seeking a ground hitting Building Surveyor to join their team of 20 Building Surveyors, in their Central London Head office.

The Building Surveyor's Role

As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll be servicing a range of clients across the commercial, private and public sectors, including government agencies, investor, developers and occupiers.

The new Building Surveyor will provide the full scope of core building surveying services, both professional and project and will therefore ideally be well-rounded in their experience.

These will include; dilapidations, various building surveys, contractadministration & project management and expert witness & due diligence.

The successful Building Surveyor

MRICS ideally, or a RICS accredited degree
Wellrounded professional and project services experience
Private practice/Building consultancy background
Professional manner, ambitious and keen progressor

- £40,000 - £60,000
