Our client is an independent technology agnostic software provider for telecommunications and are looking for an admin assistant to join their team.


Job description - The Admin Assistant will be integral for providing help and support with a variety of administrative and office tasks.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, your day-to-day responsibilities will include


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the Head of Business Operations across all administrative duties
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers
  • Processing customer invoices and issuing via their portals
  • Arranging all travel plans across the company
  • Managing office services while liaising with campus managers
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintaining company document templates as required
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Supporting the management team where needed with the administration of office functions

Requirements:


  • Previous office experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience using CRMs (not essential)
  • Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
