A company in the heart of Cheshire is looking to bring on a senior management accountant on a permanent position.


The job of the senior management accountant will be working closely with the senior staff, leading a small team and innovating the finance processes.

They are looking for somebody dynamic and driven, ideally fully ACCA or CIMA qualified.


Key responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant Job:

  • Lead a small finance team.
  • Lead all management accounts.
  • Preparation of reports, monthly management accounts and KPI reports.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the full balance sheet, having a thorough understanding of all balance sheet reconciliations and attention to detail.
  • Leading year end audit.
  • Analytical reporting and mentoring of team.
  • Assisting the senior team with adhoc tasks.
  • Innovate systems and contribute to finance

Key skills required for the Senior Management Accountant Job:

  • ACCA/CIMA fully qualified.
  • Experience of leading a small team.
  • Innovative and driven, with a dynamic approach to projects.
  • Confident dealing with large and complex sets of financial data.
  • Able to commute to Cheshire.
