Whitehall Group (UK) Limited is an award-winning specialist firm providing administration and professional trustee services to self-administered pension schemes (SSAS).


We work closely with independent financial advisers, accountants, solicitors and our clients to deliver a service which is second to none.


We are currently based in Bury but we will be opening our new office in Ramsbottom later this year and this role will be based in Ramsbottom from then on.


  • Handling some general scheme correspondence
  • Handling simple pension scheme investments/disinvestments
  • Issuing standard reminder letters
  • Preparing and issuing scheme anniversary packs and invoices
  • Performing simple administrative tasks which arise
  • Processing cash contributions and cash transfersin/out
  • Processing pension scheme payments
  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with banks, insurance companies and investment providers
  • Updating our back office system


The duties of a Pension Administrator can vary depending on the needs of the company and members of the team, so flexibility is an important characteristic we look for in every applicant.


Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
