Prefer to be in and out of the office putting your home quality inspection skills to good use, then look no further.

Harte Consulting is working with a leading Regional Developer who are experts in their field of designing, building, and selling New Homes across the region.

They have recently moved into a brand-new office due to growth and are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team.

The Role:

Your time will be split between being out on site and being in the office.

The role will require carrying out and implementing procedures to ensure quality is to the highest standard and continually improved.

You will be expected to provide customer information and guidelines, research alternative improvements, conduct thorough inspections on newly constructed properties before notice is served; ensuring that they are defect free and home ready.

You will also record findings for availability for interdepartmental meetings.

The Person:

This is an extremely rewarding role for someone who thrives in a nonmicromanagement environment, who works well under pressure in a fastmoving environment with the ability to work independently, prioritise work, take initiative and make informed decisions.
Working hours need to be flexible to work 37.5 hours per week between 8am 5pm, Monday to Friday
Full clean driving license

The Package:

Up to £30k basic salary

Car or car allowance (£3600 per annum)
