JOB DESCRIPTION
Eco-Trailer are one of the leading Enclosed Car Trailer manufacturers in the country. Working in a fast moving and rewarding environment.

We are looking to recruit a fresh thinking and motivated individual in a new position as a Trainee Workshop Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will involve.

• Planning the work schedule. Ensuring our trailers are completed on time and to the correct standard.
• Monitoring KPIs and providing weekly reports to the Managing Director.
• Improve performance and efficiency using 5S and Kaizen.
• Draw up Standard Operating Procedure for all tasks.
• Actively engaging with all department. Developing key relationships.
• Enforcing use of Quality Control sheets. Improving the current Quality Control System
• Communicating with all staff to understand and streamline their tasks.
• Monitor and enforcing health and safety.
• Foster a better team attitude and team morale.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail, ensuring all trailers produced are of the highest standard
• Experience using 5S and Kaizen preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
• Highly motivated with ability to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit the company
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Personable team Player

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
