As a Space Planner, you will produce and maintain accurate, commercial floor plans that reflect the appropriate business blueprint, macro space rules and principles for their stores.

This will help to deliver the strategic and seasonal changes to floor plans within the agreed timescales.

Key Accountabilites and Measures

  • Analysing data to produce floorplans which maximise profit in each store
  • Maintain floor plans for your stores for all changes to space (e.g. range changes, strategic changes, seasonal and promotional changes) to the agreed Critical Path
  • Review store requests to change space and conduct analysis to support a recommendation on whether to allow the change escalate for approval to the appropriate member of the SRD team as required
  • Provide information on space and layouts as required by the business
  • Drive implementation via regular communications and engagement of their stores, Head of Region, Head of Division and Head of Trade
  • Visit their stores regularly to review implementation of floor plans, displays and ranges to gain store feedback and to identify potential improvements and opportunities this will involve travel roughly every 4 weeks to NI / ROI
  • Accountable for running appropriate system checks to ensure right firsttime floorplans
  • Develop your understand and knowledge of Blue Yonder
  • Lead cultural change and engage cross functionally
  • Identify and unlock space initiatives that will add value and profit to our business
