Description

We are looking for a document designer and editor to join our Brand team.

In this role, you will support the client-facing teams to create beautiful, engaging decks for both clients and new business, as well as digital marketing and event assets.

Reporting to the Senior Associate for Brand, this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing global business to contribute to the development of the business brand and visual identity as it continues to expand.

The role:

Assist clientfacing teams to create engaging decks and presentations in PowerPoint for existing clients and new business, ensuring all work meets brand guidelines and design standards
Develop longerform reports for publishing in close collaboration with external providers (including freelance graphic designers)
Collaborate with the GC team of consultants to expand and maintain a library of templates
Work closely with marketing team to develop a diverse set of branded assets for use in events (online and inperson), social media, and direct marketing (including mailers)
Create documents for internal and external use on Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant products
Deliver projects on time and to a high standard, communicating effectively throughout the day and managing internal stakeholders across our five offices

Skills profile:

Ideally 2+ years experience in a designbased role for a think tank, academic institution, government or consulting firm
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a focus on Word and PowerPoint, including animations
Experience with Adobe Creative suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) essential
Experience in presenting ideas and concepts and explaining choices to a wide range of stakeholders
Comfortable in a highvolume, fastpaced, and dynamic environment
Good knowledge of design fundamentals including colour, layout and typography
Experience in video shooting and editing (Premiere pro, After Effects, Audition) a plus
Experience in Figma is preferred
Ability to think creatively and problemsolve through design with a keen eye for aesthetic and details.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
