The Role
As a BMS Project Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in the East of England region.
Your mission? To seek out new opportunities in order to build sustainable new business across the region, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners.
Your charisma, technical acumen, and strategic thinking will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
- Nurture and expand our existing client base while actively seeking out new prospects.
- Leverage your BMS expertise to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, positioning yourself as a thought leader.
What You Bring
- A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the Building Management System or related industry.
- A deep passion for sustainability and the transformative power of BMS technology.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that inspire confidence and trust.
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving challenges.
- Strong technical aptitude, allowing you to translate complex concepts into accessible language.
