Service Desk Engineer

London Onsite

Salary package up to £34,000
Service Desk Engineer required to join a well-known arm of the government in London.

You will be providing support to a wide range of clients and will have a real passion for problem solving.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Loggins tickets
  • Providing Level 2 Server, Network and Desktop support
  • Diagnosing issues
  • Escalating tickets

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk Role
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365 and Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • It would be great if you had ITIL Foundation
