London Onsite
Salary package up to £34,000
Service Desk Engineer required to join a well-known arm of the government in London.
You will be providing support to a wide range of clients and will have a real passion for problem solving.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Answering inbound calls
- Loggins tickets
- Providing Level 2 Server, Network and Desktop support
- Diagnosing issues
- Escalating tickets
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Previous experience in a Service Desk Role
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365 and Exchange
- Active Directory
- It would be great if you had ITIL Foundation
