This growing and successful firm based in the City of London are seeking an experienced real estate finance paralegal to join the team.

You will be part of a team dealing with a range of property finance and general commercial property matters including:

Property finance including:

Preparing loan documents
Pre completion checks
Preparing net loan statements
Reviewing valuations and preparing draft enquiries
Commercial Property
Dealing with property searches
Preexchange and precompletion checks
Dealing with CPSE enquiries and replies
Preparing reports on title and lease reports

This opportunity would suit an experienced real estate finance paralegal who is looking to join a dynamic firm in the City of London.

You should also be comfortable assisting on commercial property transactions. Experience of residential property work wouldbe advantageous.
