We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, proactive individual with an analystical mindset to join our global account managment team in a sales support position.

The role will assist in the maintenance and growth of a key Global account by handling dayto day activities and provide insight to the team through compilation and analysis of account data.


Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

We work 35 hours a week with an early Friday finish and provide flexibility around start/ finish times to support people.

We are flexibleas and when working from home is needed, on an ad hoc basis, to support personal requirements.


Duties:

Responsible for all pricing maintenance and enquiries for this key Global account.

Receive, research, and respond to customer enquiries concerning pricing, logistics, technical, business, and accounting issues and general complaints.


Combine country level data from the customer, for example volume forecasts, and provide analysis to demonstrate trends and generate insight.


Assist in the preparation of various reports for both internal and external use, including, but not limited to, account plans, quarterly sales reports, opportunity management system and open order status reports.


Maintain data to ensure records on purchases, pricing, quotations, shipping, billing, and credit information for the various customer locations are correct and kept up to date.

Coordinate the resolution of customer concerns through the ReSOLV System and communicating status to account manager and customer. Periodically compile reports to analyse trends.


Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, documents, letters, contracts, sales agreements and other correspondence as requested by researching required data and providing drafts for approval by senior staff.

Represent the Key account with other Afton departments


Qualifications:

Business, Technical or scientific background through academia or work experience

Proven ability to generate data based insight, analytical & curious mindset

Business acumen and industry knowledge advantageous

  • Analytical and curious mindset with respect for procedure and consistency
  • High attention to detail, updating information in available tools with high accuracy
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of sales, business and marketing principles
  • Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively with mínimal oversight
  • Capable of adapting to changing priorities
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills in communicating with external customers
  • Able to travel as required mainly within European region
