  • You'll of course have targets to meet, so there will be a big focus around developing strong relationships with your Intermediaries, influencing and negotiating with them.

Hear from the Team:

To help bring this role to life a little more, we asked one of our team members what they love about their role and what makes AXA a great place to work.

"What I really like is selling to brokers across the globe from Channel Islands to Hong Kong. Every Intermediary is different which makes it both challenging and interesting at the same time. My day is always varied if I am not negotiating with our pricing team I am talking to our underwriters to cover a condition. I don't like to go home till I have closed that deal"
