    Description

    Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to support customers in the Public Sector/Life Sciences across UKI and the Nordics.

    Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year

    About the Job

    The Customer Success team is critical to SAS's long-term customer relationships. We're looking for a Manager, Customer Success to join this team and drive value for our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers managing Public Sector/Life Science accounts, determining fair territory assignments, setting performance goals, and establishing priorities.
    • Develop procedures and guidelines for comprehensive territory and account management processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and improve sales strategies.
    • Participate in customer calls, identify goals, evaluate account needs, and design strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, etc.
    • Previous experience in customer relationship management, sales, or marketing.
    • Fluent English language skills; additional Nordic languages an advantage.
    • Knowledge of complex software products, solutions, services, and acquisition cycles.
