The role
Regenda are searching for a Facilities Assistant to provide day to day facilities support to the tenants and visitors to St Chads Centre alongside supporting the wider group's facilities management team in an effective and efficient manner.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 7am to 10.30am and you will be required to work every other Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
The right fit
- You'll be a confident, capable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You'll have experience of building management services.
- You'll need basic ICT skills and the ability to communicate in writing to a good standard.
- You'll have a good working knowledge of basic Health and Safety standards.
- You'll need an open mind, a willingness to learn and we'll help you with the rest
