Leading bank's private capital advisory team seeks an experienced real estate M&A Senior Associate of VP to manage real estate private equity deals and capital raisings.
Our client is a European investment bank with a leading private capital advisory team working on fundraising and secondary transactions across Private Equity, Alternative Credit, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
Due to an increase in deal flow in the Real Estate team, the bank needs to recruit a senior associate or VP to lead transaction management and engagement with investors / LPs.
The role will cover advising on minority investments, financial advisory for real estate joining ventures (JVs), GP fund continuations, recapitalisations, and supporting GPs raising closed-end investment funds.
You will need to have Real Estate buy and sell side corporate finance advisory experience and will cover all aspects of transaction underwriting and due diligence including the building of financial models, preparation of investment memoranda, investment committee papers, company valuation reports, and pitching to Investors / LPs.
