Job Purpose:


Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will assist all department managers on assigned tasks with the delivery of EHS Plan to ensures CK International is fully compliant.


Working closely with the operational management team to develop line management capability and the implementation of good EHS management practices through advising on operational matters, coaching and mentoring.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring site Environmental, Health & Safety legal compliance
  • Corrective action planning
  • Implementation of audits to check and verify Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
  • Carry out training and development of the Environmental, Health & Safety systems
  • Consulting with local authorities with regards to Health Safety and Environmental issues
  • Coordinating with Occupational Health Practitioners
  • Support managers to carry out risk assessments
  • Effectively coach and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Carrying out communications and presentations to all levels within the organisation
  • Insurance inspection visit facilitation
  • Racking inspection facilitation
  • Training and educational programme evaluations
  • Create the EHS Action Plan
  • Incident investigation collation and analysis

About You:


  • A NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety or similar.
  • Ability to demonstrate significant experience of working within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring
  • Capable of working with processes & procedures
  • Clear & concise communicator
