Description

To provide and deliver an accurate and efficient customer focused ER administration Service to all current Mitie employees and future Mitie employees, ensuring SLA's and compliance are maintained across a wide range of queries.


Main Duties

  • To provide a high level ER administration service to the ER Advisory Team and Line Managers.
  • To supporting line managers with Employee Relations documentation and working with Employee Relations Advisors to ensure the documentation is accurate and detailed
  • To carry out ER related administrative tasks as part of the ER administration team ensuring SLA's are continuously met
  • To complete filing and collation of personnel files
  • To maintain good working relationships with all other teams within People Support and the wider HR community to ensure a first class service is provided to all stakeholders
  • To understand and comply with policies and procedures
  • To use HR Systems to update and maintain colleague data
  • To ensure the service provided is in line with Mitie's policies and procedures and is compliant with relevant legislation
  • To understand and complete all workrelated documentation accurately in a timely manner
  • To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
  • To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
  • To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

Person Specification

  • Previous experience within a HR Administration role
  • Basic understanding of HR Policy and procedures (Highly Desirable but not essential)
  • GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in SAP HR/Payroll system or other recognised HR database preferred however not essential
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and use own initiative to ensure results
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders inline with SLA's and KPI's
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team player willing to assist others
  • Desirable to have experience of mail merges and VLOOKUP's
  • Well organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Resilient able to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Team player with a cando attitude
  • Process orientated with a keen eye for detail
