We are looking for a warehouse co-ordinator to oversee and run our parts warehouse for tractor parts to be distributed throughout the UK and Ireland.

The role is Monday to Friday and usually 7.5 hours per day, ideally 8am to 4.30pm - it's 37.5 hours a week.

We do ask for some flexibility to cover busy periods. You will be the only person based in the warehouse but part of a wider team based at Harworth. You need to be able to show initiative, manage your own workload and have a excellent customer service attitude.

You need to have a forklift licence and be experienced in warehouse systems and processes.

The role does require physical manual handling so you need to be able to cope with the physical elements of the job role.

The overview of the role is that you will be responsible for goods-in, picking, packing and despatch of all parts to meet customer demands.

DESCRIPTION OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accepting deliveries of goods parcels and pallets and accurately book them into the BaaN computer system
• Checking deliveries against goods received notes and purchase orders.
• Replenishing and tidying product parts storage bins
• Driving the forklifts safely to enable the duties to be undertaken without any excessive manual handling.
• Organise the layout of the warehouse to ensure efficient picking
• Order local products as needed via the inhouse system
• Supervise staff and temporary workers in the warehouse
• Using product locations systems and bespoke logistics software
• Aid the stock audit count
• Manage the goods return process putting away as needed
• Packing parts and picking goods for daily despatches
• Wrapping/banding goods ready for despatch to ensure delivery arrives undamaged
• Loading vehicles using appropriate safety measures
• Quality checking of goods before despatch
• General housing keeping and product relocation as required
