The Role

  • Process sales invoices and credits, matching to orders (5 companies).
  • Order acknowledgements, and conversion to sales orders.
  • Parts sales orders and invoicing as required.
  • Consistent and timely chasing of customer debts.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Work with the Directors to oversee and manage individual accounts/orders.
  • Identifying and correcting issues.
  • Complete due diligence checks on new customers and liaise with sales team to make informed business decisions on their viability as potential customers.
  • Adhoc tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth Operation of the Finance Department.

Skills Required:


  • Pervious credit control and sales ledger experience.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Sage and SAP experience (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Multitask and prioritise workload.

Salary:
£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
