Senior Sales Negotiator - Ormskirk

Our client is a leading and well known agency in Ormskirk. They are on the lookout for a vibrant and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their esteemed team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and success in the residential agency sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the acquisition of new business opportunities, optimising fees.
  • Forge and nurture robust relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Identify emerging market trends and capitalise on new prospects through effective market appraisals.
  • Conduct property viewings with finesse, matching buyers to their dream properties.
  • Oversee offer negotiations and ensure a smooth sales progression process.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

  • Minimum three years of handson experience within the property industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding fee earnings, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Deeprooted knowledge of the local area, ideally with an extensive network.
  • Ambitious, resourceful, and adept at thriving within a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for strategic thinking.
  • Unwavering integrity, tenacity, and commitment to upholding the agency's esteemed reputation.

Additional Details:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm
  • This role is officebased, requiring a valid driving licence and car.

Pay:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
