A new opportunity has come up for a couple of experienced part time team leader ( senior) front of House team members at our newly restaurant.

We 're looking for Experienced front of House team leader to join our friendly team, ensuring each and every customer 5hat walks through our door gets the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of catering, bartending, and coffee staff
• Coordinate and execute events, banquets, and conferences
• Ensure highquality food production and service standards are met
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering, bartending, or food production is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of hotel banquet operations is preferred
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
