Recruitment experience required


As a pivotal member of the recruitment team you will be supporting the recruitment, selection and employment of overseas nurses and carers across the Beaumont Health Care business.


About The Role

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure all elements of international recruitment and selection activities are conducted effectively and promptly and in line with legislative requirements with a particular focus on allocation of COS's and working collaboratively with the Home Office.
  • Maintenance of internal systems for allocating and renewing COS's for current colleagues
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and work with internal customers to establish their overseas resourcing requirements
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with external suppliers to ensure they deliver an effective and efficient service
  • Conducting weekly and monthly reports, analysing the effectiveness of the international programme and creating reports and presentations to be shared at Board level
  • Creating work force planning forecasts based on business demand and availability across all regions
  • Ensure the effectiveness and completion of the on boarding process to ensure the journey is efficient for all parties

Required Criteria

  • Experienced administrator
  • Good knowledge of MS packages and compliance

Desired Criteria

  • Experience within recruitment administration
