Construction Senior General Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction projects and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant safety standards.
Supervising construction workers and subcontractors to ensure that they are carrying out their work effectively and efficiently.
Providing leadership and guidance to the construction team, ensuring that they are motivated and working towards common goals.
Ensuring that all necessary safety and quality checks are carried out, and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
Relevant qualifications, including IOSH Working Safely, SMSTS & SSSTS NVQ Level 3, Site Supervision Management NVQ Diploma CITB Occupational Works Supervision Construction Level 3, Street works
Supervisors, qualified to monitor card.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budget and schedule management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
