The RevOps Function


The RevOps Function exists to accelerate sustainable revenue growth by ensuring our go-to-market teams operate with clarity, focus, and operational excellence.

We work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance to remove friction, improve systems, and enable high-performance execution at scale.

By combining data, process design and behavioural insight, we turn strategy into measurable commercial impact.

Role Overview


As our Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will design, deliver and operationalise revenue enablement systems and programs that materially improve commercial performance.

This is not just a content-creation or reporting maintenance role. You will drive behavioural change, system adoption and measurable revenue outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable execution.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver end-to-end enablement programs that improve performance and productivity
Translate product launches, pricing evolution and GTM strategy into clear, scalable playbooks and training
Build onboarding and ramp programs that measurably reduce time-to-productivity and set new GTM joiners up for success
Drive adoption and effective use of CRM, LMS, Gong, AI tooling and other GTM platforms
Use data to identify performance gaps and shape coaching and enablement interventions
Lead cross-functional initiatives that align teams and improve revenue outcomes

Document and future-proof systems and workflows to support scale

Requirements

What We're Looking For

5-10+ years' experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations or CS Operations
Proven ownership of GTM changes end-to-end (design → rollout → adoption → measurable impact)
Experience in scaling SaaS environments
Track record of measurable commercial outcomes (e.g. improved forecast accuracy, win rate uplift, reduced ramp time, cleaner pipeline)
Strong analytical capability combined with behavioural and change management skills
Confident communicator able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders respectfully
Systems thinker who understands the full customer journey
High autonomy, bias to action and comfort with ambiguity

Enablement programs are adopted and trusted by Sales and Customer Success
New hires ramp faster and more confidently
Forecast confidence and pipeline hygiene improve quarter over quarter
GTM teams execute with clarity and buy into systems and data

You are seen as a credible, outcome-driven operator by leadership and commercial teams
