Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing Association in Lewisham for a Stock Investment Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.

As a Stock Investment Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of specific planned and cyclical work programmes and major improvement projects.

You will run the contracts from inception, procurement, through to completion working closely withinternal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-level cost-effective investment service on behalf of the housing provider.

You will be responsible for Health and Safety and budget management as it relates to the projects you manage.

Experience required
Experience managing planned and cyclical works programmes
Good understanding of CDM regulations and requirements
Able to evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
Experience of compiling and presenting reports
Experience within housing or local authority.

Salary £56-£57,904 plus excellent benefits including generous pension and holiday package, 36 hours per week, flexible hybrid working 2/3 days home.
