A Delivery Consultant is a key role and is responsible for leading the design, delivery and quality assurance of the solution and is accountable for successful client solution implementations.
Our Delivery Consultants now work in a fast-paced cloud-based environment which embodies the principles of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Our Experian One platform is at the forefront of our ambitions to build deliver and support cloud-based solutions for our clients and this role will play a leading role on this journey.
The Delivery Consultant is the technical leader of the solution delivery, has a good knowledge of the other functions required within the team and works closely with the Project Manager to co-ordinate each delivery.
Responsiblities:
- Client relationships
- Presenting results, conclusions and recommendations to clients
- Dependency Management
- Release Planning
- End to end solution design that satisfies the client business needs in the context of what they do and how they work with our solution
- Ensuring that the solution aligns with the Experian strategic initiatives and business objectives
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Required experience of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support.
- Able to collaborate widely
- Knowledge of Experian solutions capabilities / limitations, design, functionality and benefits
- Experienced in leading delivery/support teams
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced experience in writing detailed and accurate specifications
- Proven history in coaching and mentoring
