A global health charity based in London is recruiting for a Payment Analyst to join its finance team on a 12-month contract.

This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and high-performing team. The role offers hybrid working, with two days per week expectedin the London office.


As the Payment Analyst your role will involve:

  • Analysing a high volume of high-value grant funding payments
  • Managing funding recipients and making sure the correct financial data acts in accordance with financial risk assessment
  • Contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation and working with different stakeholders of the organisation
  • Responsible for managing the preparation of remittance proposals covering all currencies
  • Evaluating and analysing research funding payment requests
- ///Developing relationships with research institutions

  • Resolving queries raised by funding recipients
  • Looking and reviewing risk

The ideal Payment Analyst will:


  • Have experience in payments risk management and controls
  • Have experience of analytical review and financial reconciliation
  • Hold a minimum or 1 to 2 years' experience in an admin background (desirable)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft packages and excel
