Description
Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an established engineering business in their search for a Field Sales Representative. This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday as part of a close knit sales team.The company are experts in their field working with components for various different industries - Oil & Gas, Marine and Power Generation.
What's required?
- Background in Engineering Sales
- Strong communication/negotiating skills
- Working as part of an integrated Sales Team
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify business opportunities by establishing sales prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Plan, organise and prepare approaches and sales pitches to potential new and existing customers
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
- Provide leads and referrals to your Field Sales Colleagues
- Strong Presentation skills
- Background in working with mechanical seals beneficial
