EMEA Payroll Specialist

Overview:


This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information of our EMEA Payroll Finance Shared Services organization.

How You'll Make an Impact:


  • Strong understanding of French payroll calculations and legislation.
  • Ensure data is aligned between HR and payroll systems and Employee files.
  • Perform data checks before every payroll and perform controls before payroll approval.
  • Executing daytoday data entry, data corrections and mass upload.
  • Verify timekeeping records and consult with managers and employees about any discrepancies.
  • Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and or employee satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of other country payroll processing being part of EMEA payroll team across 25 countries will be plus.

What You Bring:


  • At least 45 years of experience in payroll administration preferably in shared services center environment
  • French Speaker
  • Multinational companies experience, especially for with Payroll EMEA
  • Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Payroll system implementation data validation and data analysis
  • Implementation of Payroll Internal Controls and Procedures
  • A relevant qualification or accreditation with a professional body for Payroll
