Welder Fabricator ( MAG - Mild Steel ) - Full Training in Positional Welding Provided

Rate:
£2- training rate. To be increased to be increased to £27 after 7 weeks and successful completion of ALL test bars (Umbrella)

Expenses:
£65 per shift (Accommodation/travel) Outside of 50-mile radius (Tax / NI Liable)

Position Summary:


An excellent opportunity for those with a welding background and level 2 qualification looking to upskill into a highly skilled, positional welding role.

before refitting and joining new sections using MAG process.
Assessment day - 1/2/23
Training Begins - 13/2/2- NVQ Level 2 Qualification in Fabrication/Welding

  • Experience of Mild Steel MAG welding
  • Own tools and PPE (Including grinder and air fed mask)
Fillet Weld in Vertical Up and Overhead positions - ( 2mm and 6mm ) - Solid Wire MAG
