Seasonal Visitor Services Assistant

£22,737 per annum pro rata

Site based

1 x 6 hours per week to be worked on Saturdays

Seasonal contract

48 weeks per annum


We are looking to appoint a Visitor Services Assistant to provide an outstanding visitor experience through the day-to-day delivery of visitor services including reception/shop, museum, and events and functions.


Reporting to the Castle Manager, duties include being a brand ambassador for Tamworth Castle, patrolling the Museum, engaging with visitors, tidying and resetting of activities, keeping areas clean and tidy and reporting any defects or damage, assisting in all aspects of the reception and Gatehouse shop to sell tickets, drinks/snacks and souvenirs, and replenishing stocks and supplies to maintain high standards for visitors.
