Location:

Responsibilities:


HR Administration
Accurately manage and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance and development forms, utilising HR software systems.


Recruitment Support

Temporary Labour Management

  • Liaise with recruitment agency for new starters/replacements.
  • Manage weekly timesheets.
  • Attend weekly meetings with temp agency.
  • Update agency tracker and HR system.
  • Issue passes for new starters.
  • Monitor employee reviews.

Onboarding and Offboarding


Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation, conducting HR inductions/welcome packs, right to work checks and assisting with paperwork completion, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for new employees.

Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.


Absence Management

  • Monitor sickness levels, notify line managers and HR Advisor of potential sickness absence issues.
  • Ensure correct return to work procedure is followed and liaise with managers on key documentation.
  • Arrange occupation health appointments and send appropriate documentation.
  • All time and attendance administrative activity and maintaining data in the HR system.

Skills, Abilities, and Specialist Knowledge:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Selfmotivated to achieve high standards.

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in a fastpaced administration role.
  • Prior experience in a HR administrative role is advantageous.
  • Experience with HRIS or Microsoft Office suite.
