Permanent Full-time

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm with the option of a day off in the week and and working a Saturday 9am - 4pm

Salary:
£23,000 basic salary with sales commission, legal and financial services commission with uncapped earnings

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Director. The role is office-based.

You will show a business minded attitude to explore and generate revenue and increase profitability.

Role requirements:

Great people skills and strong people management, confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Based in our office in Central Milton Keynes
Knowledgeable about residential area of Milton Keynes
At least 2 years experience in valuations and listing properties
Trustworthy, driven, reliable and selfmotivated
Polished and well presented
Creative and good at problemsolving
Full driving licence and use of car required
Creative in bringing in new marketing ideas and able to win a new business
Initial and ongoing training offered
Potential to grow into higher management role
