We are currently supporting a Primary School in Cambridge that is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a year 3 pupil.

The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will be supporting the learner in their class. The pupil has an EHCP inprocess with Autism and Anxiety as primary needs. The successful Teaching Assistant must be willing to support the pupil 1:1 in the class.


Learning Support Assistant (LSA) job role::


  • Supporting the pupil in year 3 class
  • Supporting learners with additional needs
  • Working with the class teacher to ensure pupil's learning and emotional needs are met.
  • Supporting teaching and learning certificates is desirable but not essential

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Requirements:


  • Experience in working with and supporting young people in a primary school is desirable.
  • Be able to communicate with school staff, parents, and carers.
  • Certificates in supporting teaching and learning would be an advantage.
  • Available 5 days a week 08:30 15:30
  • Commutable to Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
