AGS Tech:
AGS Tech are a market leader in Life Safety and Security Systems, predominately to the housing sector.

Based in Blackburn, we operate nationally and have a network of field engineers responding to emergency service calls to Life Safety Equipment.


We are constantly growing and employ around 50 Staff across the business, with this expected to increase by another 10% before 2024.


Job Description:

Due to our ongoing growth and commitment to apprenticeships, we are now looking to recruit 2 Admin Apprentices based at our Blackburn Head Office


Essential Functions:
Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to all guests and visitors

Accurately input data into our computer system for other memebers of the team to action.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with Engineers

Make phone calls to customer to confirm appointments and provide necessary information

Maintain office cleanliness; pick up and/or restock office items as needed; perform other duties as needed by the office manager or assistant manager as required


Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or assistant manager, including but not limited to assisting with receptionist duties, secretary duties, or administrative duties, etc.


Requirements:

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Confident Personality, Punctuality, great team working ethics.

Salary:
From £10,982.40 per year
