Description

Our client is currently recruiting on a permanent basis for Operatives to work within their Test and Assembly teams in their facility on Deeside Industrial Estate.

Monday
Friday day shift
Pay £10.23ph with clear bands to progress

Assembly:

Following clear manufacturer's instructions for the build
Focusing on the quality and integrity of the parts and finished product
Escalating problems to management
Pay£10.23p/h with Bands to progress

Required Skills and Experience:

You must have attention to detail and be able numerate in dealing with product codes
A team player with a positive attitude to work
You must be able to pass a DBS check to work in the Aerospace Industry

In return for your skills and experience:

Starting salary with full training and room to develop with transparent pay bands to be moved up through
Annual Bonus at £1000 dependent on site performance
Over time available as an option 1.3x midweek, 1.5x on a Saturday and 2x on a Sunday
Standard holidays at p/a with the option to sell a week or buy an additional week
