Moreover, the Specialist will collaborate closely with service users to ensure the seamless delivery of key policy requirements and business activities across multiple functions, including but not limited to AP, AR, P2P, Intellagent, auditing, and security.


  • Demonstrated practical experience in a highvolume service desk environment
  • Proficiency in system administration for Business World (or equivalent General Ledger system)
  • Familiarity with Civica ICON/Webpay (or equivalent Income systems)
  • Competence with related Business World and Civica toolsets, including Intellagent, Browser reports, Bank reconciliation, and backoffice tools
  • Ability to deploy workflow and other system amendments as necessary
  • Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and associated tools
  • Understanding of technical integration processes such as FTP, file import, and impexes
  • Solid understanding of General Ledger and pay modules such as P2P, AP, AR, Income, and Treasury activities
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Awareness of how business practices and audit control issues impact systems.
