Reset provides contractor management solutions that allow client organisations to comply with Health and Safety and CDM obligations in relation to the competence of companies (contractors) and their employed individuals (their workers) by providing 'Control of Contractors' for those working on sites.


Reset is predominantly used in facilities maintenance across many sectors such as education (schools, colleges, and universities), sports grounds, transport, hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare including 280 NHS sites.


Brief job description:


Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Reset Compliance Systems, an IT Service company based in Sheffield.


Duties and key result areas are:

  • To be responsible for social media campaigns and daily activity.
  • To look after and report on SEO.
  • To be responsible for digital and online marketing campaigns and activity in line with the marketing and business strategy.
  • To be responsible for updating and refreshing the marketing content of the website.
  • To be responsible for designing and organising generic marketing materials for sales.
  • To be responsible for designing and organising generic marketing materials for membership.
  • To create and deliver bespoke, sectorrelated campaigns.
  • To keep a 'marketing materials register'.
  • To keep an 'exhibition register' and identify events and exhibitions.
  • To manage the ROI of events and exhibitions.
  • To coordinate materials for exhibitions.
  • To create and send out mailshots.
  • To work alongside our partners and support with content.
  • To design and create materials for the Membership package.
  • To assist with writing reports, company brochures and similar documents.
  • To coordinate content, proofing, and approval of editorials for Reset's magazine 'Connected'.
  • To write and source content such as industry updates, legislative changes, and sector related. webinars for inclusion in the monthly enewsletter.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)


Skills and Qualifications

  • Good level of English and Mathematics to GCSE or equivalent as a minimum.
  • Good level of communication verbally and written.
  • To have clear legible handwriting/printing.
  • Attention to detail.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multichannel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both shortterm tactics and longterm strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multichannel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
