HNW Client Advisor (Insurance)

Location:
Cambridge

Salary:
£25,000-£30,000 + package depending on experience

The Company:


Capio Recruitment are working with an independent insurance broker who are looking for a Client Advisor (HNW) to join their highly successful team.

With a tailored approach to the needs of their customers/clients, this company prides itself on going aboveand beyond on every opportunity.


As part of the role you will liaise with existing clients and play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and building rapport to ensure long-lasting relationships.

Excellent organisational and customer-service skills are essential.


The Role:


The role would suit an individual who isn't phased by the pace and quality of a high-performing team, where collective team and individual achievements are recognised and rewarded.

You will liaise with existing clients as well as drive business development.
Provision of high-quality client services and supporting administration is a paramount to the role.


Skills:


  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn bespoke systems
  • A knowledge of insurance products/services is highly desirable
  • HNW
  • Concise and clear communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
