Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Patient Orders: Carefully review and process patient orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete before submission to our medical team.

Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, record keeping, and managing patient accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in touch typing with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
