I am super excited to be partnering with one of the key global players in the FMCG space, who are currently on the lookout for a Sourcing Manager - Corporate Services.


This is a brilliant opportunity to be a part of a leading FTSE company, with a substantial global market presence across 6 continents.

This role sits within their European Team, that oversees different indirect categories like IT, Corporate Services, Marketing, etc.

You will be directly reporting into the Head of Procurement (Europe) and will be in charge of overseeing high spend areasin the Corporate services domain - audit, tax, consultancy, L&D etc.

You need not be a specialist in the Corporate Services category space.

You could be an indirects generalist or be experienced in any one or more indirect spend areas like - IT/Marketing/HR/FM etc.

All you need to have is some experience in managing an endto end strategic procurement process coupled with the right attitude and drive for procurement

Key Responsibilities:


  • Run and manage end to end strategic procurement activities in the Corporate Services spend areas
  • Audit, Tax, Consultancy, Legal, L&D, Financial Services and Payroll for your region
  • Source suppliers locally and onboard them, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Drive process improvements and cost saving initiatives
  • Manage tenders and contracts for key local suppliers, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders and maintain a clear channel of communication at all levels
  • Build strong long term supplier relationships

Key skills/experience

  • You are driven and you love Procurement. That's a must
  • You have some experience in a strategic endtoend procurement function in the indirects category space (could be any one or more We are flexible)
  • You possess strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience in driving cost saving measures
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • You have great communication skills and have a go getter attitude
  • You are analytical
  • You enjoy taking ownership and solving complex problems
  • You are familiar with various ERP systems
  • SAP, Ariba, Netsuite etc.
  • MS Excel and MS Powerpoint are familiar domains for you
