Contentious Probate Solicitor - Highly ranked law firm - Generous package

If you have a strong background in probate law with excellent interpersonal skills and a real drive to make a difference in your client's lives, we would LOVE to hear from YOU

The Contentious Probate Solicitor role will encompass:

  • Inheritance claims
  • Challenging and contesting of wills (claiming and defending)
  • Financial provision for dependents
  • Probate disputes
  • Removal of executors
  • Invalid wills
  • Rules of intestacy
  • Attending Litigation department meetings and training.
  • Playing an active role in sustaining and developing the Litigation department by networking and participating in marketing events.
  • ACTAPS membership would be advantageous, however not essential to the role.

Salary & package:
£Generous package on offer, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and Xmas closure

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

Ashford
