Japanese speaking Accounts Executive


An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of the largest property developers in central London, wishing to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Japanese speaking Accounts Executive.

Native level of Japanese and business level of English is essential for this role.


TYPE:
Permanent, full-time


WORKING HOURS: 8:30-18:00 from Monday to Friday


SALARY:
£25-27K depending on experience, plus commission


START:

LOCATION:
Central London


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Via business generation calls and/or presentations to large corporates, obtain instructions on the lease requirements of their employees
  • Advise a diverse database of clients on the relocation and rental home search process
  • Match prospective tenants with properties, conduct property tours and advise on lease terms
  • Liaise with other departments and extended suppliers as required
  • Communicate effectively with all concerned to ensure that deals are managed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain a high profile with the client base in order to obtain further instructions
  • Understand the benefits to this client base and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition
  • Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a highly professional standard
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership
  • Understand the basic knowledge of the Japanese lettings market in general as well as distinctive features of their Japan Desk
  • Perform all tasks delegated by the Partner in Charge as required

IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • Native level of Japanese, business level of English
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Experience in sales will be advantageous
  • Passion to gain new skills and knowledge
  • Strong commercial awareness, ensuring quality business is generated and retained
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
