Description
Job Role

  • Record information on our CRM and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and protect all customer information, this includes sensitive information in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • Think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to our customers' requests
  • Liaise with Energy Suppliers to ensure a prompt resolution of customer queries
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all aspects of the customers' requirements are met

Key Skills Required
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Experience of working in a Customer Service role within an Energy Supplier or Consultancy
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of Stakeholders and Customers
  • Analytical skills enabling you to identify root causes and proactively resolve issues
  • A confident, resilient and articulate nature
  • Be able to work well both on your own and as part of a dedicated team
  • Ability to plan and organize time and tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable to change

Salary:
Competitive


Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 08:4- 17:10 and Friday 08:4- 16:00


Office based role only

Experience:

B2B energy industry experience is essential


Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year

  • Wallsend, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
