The Role


Hadean is looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to support the People and Operations teams and oversee the daily operations of our office.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and efficient workplace environment, supporting various departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of our office and managing daytoday office operations, including managing vendor relationships and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, socials, meetings and conferences, including scheduling, logistics and catering requirements.
  • Be the point of contact for many external stakeholders, including answering phones, greeting visitors and handling enquiries.
  • Assist our people team with recruitment admin support, onboarding of new employees, reference checks and employees events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence.
  • Arrange travel and itineraries for employees and executives as needed.
  • Provide support to various departments and teams as needed, including assisting with special projects and initiatives.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • You will have the ability to communicate to all levels of the business
  • You are detail oriented and a problem solver
  • You enjoy a fast paced environment and can work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Ideally experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
