Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems and handle general administration tasks
- Manage inventory, stock control, and source materials for technical jobs
- Process orders, delivery of spare parts, and distribute parts to technicians
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
- Improve EFS perception as a business partner
- Carry out maintenance tasks, including painting, repairing damage, and minor mechanical works
- Assist in PPM and reactive tasks as needed
- Provide assistance to third parties and follow instructions from supervisors
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Job Purpose:
To professionally handle stores, handyman, and porterage duties within operational teams for efficient site operation.
Principal Accountabilities:- Perform administrative duties for facilities, including waste management and meeting minutes
- Control stock levels, order processing, and part distribution to technicians
- Handle porterage tasks, office equipment moves, and meeting room setups
- Complete PPM tasks, minor mechanical works, and assist third parties
Person Specification:
- Previous stores experience is preferred
- Full driving license and technical expertise required
- Sound administrative and customer service skills are essential
- Good IT skills and organizational abilities are necessary

- Must have a smart appearance and be approachable
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to undergo further training
